How Users Opt-in to Messaging
When a customer books an appointment on Pitts, they are informed (via on-screen message) that they will receive updates and confirmations via phone call or SMS. The customer confirms this verbally during the booking process with our AI agent (powered by ElevenLabs).
The AI agent says: “You will receive a message or call to confirm this appointment. Do you agree?”
The customer replies: “Yes.”
This verbal opt-in is logged in our system.
